NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
New for 2008
More trophies to be handed out for individual achievement and team accomplishments besides just those for the league champions!

More practice time available for teams who want to get a leg up on the competition (sold at cost; NO PROFIT).

The whole season will be video recorded and you can watch your games online or purchase them on DVD (great idea for memories)

Regular season tie games will now be decided with a shootout (Extra point for winner just like the NHL)

Toronto Inline now has a custom jersey supplier so if you’re interested you can purchase those at a discount

We will be handing out free t-shirts at the start of the year along with your registration and getting rid of our leftover stock of water bottles and skate towels from last year if anyone is still interested in picking up one of those

We will also have more stuff handy around the arena like first aid kits, ice for injuries, extra wheels and bearings (for purchase) and of course the Gatorade

Everyone’s favorite timekeeper Tamara will be back for another great season of fun; be sure to congratulate her on her new baby boy Xavier :)

Beat the Heat
Conditions in the arena can become particularly warm. In order to combat the heat, Toronto Inline provides industrial fans so each bench will have cool air throughout each game. We also make sure the arena doors are open to promote air circulation in the arenas.

Please remember to keep hydrated at all times while playing, either with water from the dressing rooms or from the complimentary Gatorade provided at each game. If you have any questions or comments regarding arena conditions, please let us know.

Penalty Minutes Notice
Please note that automatic suspensions will be assessed when a player reaches cumulative penalty minutes as follows:
  30 PIM - 1 Game Suspension
  45 PIM - 3 Game Suspension
60 PIM - Full Season Suspension
Only penalties in regular season games count towards cumulative penalty minutes.  No appeals will be accepted for these suspensions; they are intended to promote and help ensure a safe, clean league for all players.
